Casa sa Paret Nova is so well integrated into the landscape, that no weather can cause any damages. The large patio (110 sqm) represents a quiet sunny oasis, even when a strong wind is blowing and is connected with the northern terrace by a glass sliding door. From the northern terrace you have a wonderful view on the nature, the sea and the legendary rocks of Ibiza "Es Vedrá". As both terraces are partly roofed, - even when the sun is very hot - you can enjoy tapas and a good wine with your friends. Because of its modern solar plant and a cistern for rain water the building is independent from the surrounding. This also means, that we should deal carefully with water and energy. Due to modern technology everywhere in the building you have hot and cold water as well as 220 V. An emergency generator secures automatically the supply, in case that the capacity of the batteries is not fully sufficient.

- completely furnished with gas cooker, gas oven, dishwasher, big refrigerator and a separate pantry.

- living room with two large sofas and a fireplace
- roofed southern terrace with chairs and couches
- roofed northern terrace with dining area for 8-10 people.

a large double bedroom with double bed, bath with shower and WC and terrace.

- all windows are equipped with moscito-grids and all beds with mocito-nets
- heating with solar hot water heater in the transition period or in winter time

- 2 ground safes (for storing valuables)
- radio, CD-player, Sat TV, telefone and internet access in the main building
- little library and chess, card- and board games
